Wash the sweet potatoes and boil in water about 30 minutes until tender. Drain, cool, and peel. Place in a food processor and puree. Add the salt, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and eggs, and mix until smooth. Add the flour and blend well. Dust hands with flour and roll a teaspoonful of dough into dumplings. Drop into boiling chicken stock and cook 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes more.
